He believes it’s vital to create a personalized story with every property. “With each of my listings I always try to create a sense of identity. I don’t want people to look at the listings as just a piece of property. I want them to identify a lifestyle, a memory, something that triggers them to really want it and connect to it on an emotional level. So, with our marketing, I always name the assets and create videos that truly reflect the atmosphere of the house,” he says. Thanks to Drew and Hoda’s hard work mentality The HD Team is set to reach nearly $75 million in sales volume this year. Outside of work Drew strives to be involved in his community.

As a member of a local church, he spends time volunteering in various community initiatives. He is also considered a land entitlement expert with major focuses on CEQA and is a partner at a local land development firm. In his spare time, he enjoys his family first, surfing and tennis. Going forward Drew is focused on continuing to build his brand and his reputation as one of the top-selling agents in Southern California. He is committed to helping clients with all of their real estate needs while giving them the highest level of service. One of his most ambitious goals is to reach two billion in sales volume within five years.
